DFW Express Director of Softball Kevin Blaskowski is hosting several winter skills and college coaching clinics. The schedule includes:
Coach Blaskowski along with current and former college softball players from the DFW area will be providing skill instruction and philosophies in all areas of the game of softball at the Fundamental Skills Camp for youngsters. Cost is $90. The deadline to sign up online is Friday, Nov. 24.
The AF Express College Prospects Camp on Nov. 26 will feature several NCAA Division II and Division III, along with NAIA and NJCAA coaches. Cost is $125. The deadline to sign up online is Friday, Nov. 24.

The Blaskowski Camps & Clinics are hosted at the Railyard, which is the home of DFW Express Baseball & Fastpitch. The 36,000 square foot facility features more than a dozen lanes and multiple indoor practice areas. The entire facility is turf.
Blaskowski joined The Railyard and DFW Express in October 2017 after a 25-five-year career as one of the top collegiate head coaches in NCAA Div. II, including winning the 2014 NCAA Div. II National Championship while at West Texas A&M University. During his college career, he has amassed an overall record of 819-523.
Blaskowski was named the National Fastpitch Coaches Association and Captain U National Coach of the Year in 2014. He has been named the Lone Star Conference Coach Of the Year three times, and in 2016, was named the NFCA’s South Central Region Coach of the Year.
Blaskowski is considered one of the top offensive coaches in NCAA Division II softball. His teams perennially led the country in numerous offensive categories. Blaskowski’s teams hit over 100 home runs in 2014 and 2015. Only eight times has a team hit over 100 home runs in NCAA Division II. West Texas A&M is the only program to do it twice.
In 2015, 2016 and 2017, West Texas A&M led the nation in batting average, slugging percentage, on-base percentage, and walks. In 2014, 2015 and 2017, they led the nation in total home runs and home runs per game. In 2017, they were second in the nation in scoring, total doubles hit, and doubles hit per game.

Tina Northcutt offers softball pitching instruction. Northcutt was the first female athlete to receive a full scholarship to University of Texas at Arlington. After breaking all Southland Conference Records her freshman year, she received a full ride to then, National Champs Texas A&M University in College Station Tina recently was named to the Southland Conference All-Time Softball Roster. She has been teaching girls how to fast pitch for over 20 years.
In addition, former New York Yankee and MLB star Robert Kelly, who serves as DFW Express Organizational Director, and former Texas Ranger and two-time American League MVMP Juan Gonzales are among just two of the facilities' instructors.
